Three generations of passion.
The fisherman's life is always fascinating, but also very tiring: wake up at 4 in the morning, go out by boat at 5 to be the first on the fishing spot, and then only return to the mooring in the evening.
This is what we do driven by our passion every day for three generations now in command of the fishing boat M/B Patrizia.
The favorite fishing is concentrated more on the historic "Gambero Rosso di San Remo" a jewel of international fame today and much sought after, present only in the sea in front of the Ligurian coast, a delicious crustacean caught exclusively in the waters of the city of flowers.
Our 17-metre boat armed by the expert hands of Alfonso, in addition to the succulent shrimp in its nets, also finds other precious qualities of shellfish and fish in the "saccate".
All the fished products are traced by the by now very strict European regulations which guarantee their origin.
In addition to the retail sale "on the quay", for several years now our family has been offering fresh and chilled products both for fish tourism customers and for the best chefs in business today.
The menu of our Ittiturismo is 90% based on products caught by us and enhanced by the expert hands of our Chef, who with his brigade prepares combinations with local products supplied by direct farmers and small farms.
Contacts with great restaurants and Chefs over the years have given us the passion for good wines, from these experiences and continuous comparisons we can boast of a well-stocked cellar of refined labels to combine with our menu with nice surprises.
